Returns & Warranty Policy
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All sofas and beds purchased from Portsmouth Furniture Centre come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty as standard. If a manufacturing fault develops within 12 months of delivery, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including frame faults, spring failures, and stitching defects that occur under normal household use.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, stains, pet damage, or damage caused by misuse. Slight variations in fabric colour or texture are a natural characteristic of upholstered furniture and are not considered faults.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe there is a fault with your furniture, please contact us with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Made-to-Order Items
Most of our sofas and beds are made to order in your chosen fabric and configuration. As these are custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please visit our showroom to see and sit on display models before ordering.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your furniture on delivery. If there is any visible damage, let our delivery team know straight away and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair or replacement promptly.
